Always Timbers.

Beyond an MLS Cup trophy in December, the Portland Timbers made another historic addition to the club in 2015. T2 is the second team for the Portland Timbers and play in the second tier of American soccer. The team played its first match on March 29, 2015. For the most skilled young players it was the first step on a long journey to a professional career with the Portland Timbers. 

I was tasked with creating a logo for the new team that used the visual language of the current era and hearkened back to the storied heritage of the club.

2015 Seasonal Creative

The seasonal creative pairs the club's new crest with the first team's logo and is placed amongst a curated collection of objects that embody the tradition of the Portland Timbers club and supporters' culture. Welcome to the family, T2.
