I partnered closely with Valeri and his team to shape a brand narrative built on individual mastery in service of the team. We translated Valeri’s on-field artistry into a visual identity that felt as expressive and disciplined as the method itself.
We extended the work into photography, video, and a digital launch campaign.
The results
The Maestro Method sold out its first week-long clinic, opened a second location in Puerto Rico within a year, and secured an official partnership with adidas.
Creative Brief
After a legendary playing career, Portland Timbers icon Diego Valeri wanted to pass the ball to the next generation. Together with his partners he developed The Maestro Method — a training approach designed to sharpen the mental, physical, and technical skills of young players.
Before launching it publicly, the team needed a brand identity that could carry the passion, artistry, and legacy of its coaches.
